We have done our best to represent our items as accurately as possible, so please keep that in mind when placing your bids. Descriptions are deemed reliable but not guaranteed.

Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

Bidders MUST NOT share their password or account information with anyone. Bidders are solely responsible for bids placed on their account.

Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. 

By placing any bid on any item(s), you are entering into a legally binding and irrevocable contract with Southern Minnesota Auctions to purchase the item(s) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Auction. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be canceled or retracted for any reason.

At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

If you have specific questions about a certain lot or would like more information, don't hesitate to contact us at 507-508-5334 between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday - Friday or email us any time at auctions@surplusmn.com.

If you are unable or unsure if you'll be able to pick up or pay for your items at the close of the auction, please do not bid.

PAYMENT

BUYER’S PREMIUM
A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged on all items and lots. Discount of 3% if paid with Cash, Check, or Cashier’s Check. To pay with Cash, Check, or Cashier's Check, please contact Southern Minnesota Auctions to set up a time to drop off payment.

STORAGE UNIT CLEAN-OUT FEE
A clean out fee of $150 will be charged to your invoice. Upon cleaning out the unit completely, your $150 clean-out fee will be refunded. If any items or trash remain in the unit after you've picked up, your $150 clean out fee will not be refunded. If you've paid your invoice with cash or cashier's check, a check will be issued to you and mailed upon completion of clean-out. If you've paid your invoice with a personal/business check, the refund will be sent to you AFTER the check has cleared the bank and funds are confirmed; a check will be issued to you and mailed upon confirmation.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
Buyer will receive an invoice via email after the close of the auction and will be payable by cash, personal check, cashier’s check, credit card, or debit card.

Any invoices left with a balance on the last day of pickup will be charged to the credit card on file. If the credit card on file is declined, the bidder will be banned from bidding on future Southern Minnesota Auctions sales.

PICKUP

PICKUP TIMES ARE ONLY AS LISTED.

Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load and secure your items. The Auctioneer, Southern Minnesota Auctions, and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal.

It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site.

Removal
Removal must take place between Monday, March 18th and Saturday, March 23rd.
Please call 507-508-5334 between 9 AM - 6 PM on Monday, March 18th to schedule an appointment for removal.

Shipping is not available on these auctions.

Inspections are not allowed on Storage Unit Auctions.
